Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she holds a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.

Sheriffa started in community and economic development in Sioux City, IA. In 2002, she graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in Art & Design. After graduating, she accepted an AmeriCorps position in Cascade Locks, Oregon, which is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge NSA. In 2006, she graduated from the University of Oregon with a MS in Historic Preservation, and minor in Nonprofit Management.
Sheriffa serves on IACC Board, MACE (MidAmerica Chamber Executives) Board, Clay County Conservation Board, and other local boards. She completed IOM (Institute for Organization Management) and received her certificate in Nonprofit Management in 2025. In her free time, Sheriffa enjoys being outside - gardening, hiking, kayaking. She is a foodie and loves photography.
